SHIPPING We ship your order via FEDEX or UPS, two of the largest and most reliable shippers in the world. Ground: 3-5 business days - Continental USA
Shipping Restrictions Please note that due to special regulations, we must ship items that contain alcohol (e.g. eau de toilette, fragrances) only via standard ground delivery. Overnight and 2nd Day delivery is not available for such products at this time. In accordance with Federal law, we are unable to ship Python products to California. At this time, we do not ship to the following addresses or locations: post office boxes /AFPO's
Return & Exchanges 14-Day Guarantee We proudly stands behind the quality brand names we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 14 calendar days of item shipment date and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrapping or other charges according to our Return/Exchange Instructions. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can serve you better in the future.
Important: We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Julian Gifts will not issue store credit or refunds for used items.
Items on Sale: FINAL SALE All Discounted Merchandise sales are Final. No returns will be accepted on Sale Merchandise.
Special Orders, Special Items and Personalized items Special orders, special items or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are final sale only.
Important: We will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a 'store credit' and a re-stocking fee up to 50% of the item value may apply.
Julian Gifts Store Credit A Julian Gifts store credit is redeemable via telephone at 773 281-2772. Store Credits are valid for 6-months from date of issuance.
Your Order You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order:
1. The first confirms that your order was received 2. The second confirms the shipment and will include an order tracking number
Please note that items that are on-reserve, out-of-stock or discontinued may not be indicated in your first confirmation email. A separate email will be sent indicating the specific status of each item in question. |
